WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

Coach Mina and her client
"As a mom of three, I put my trust in Mina to reach my goals and it was the best thing I did for myself.

Mina focused on a lot of deep core exercises which helped build a great foundation for my core. I trained with her throughout my whole pregnancy (up until week 36!) and I have never felt stronger. Her focus on glute and leg exercises are my favourite thing about training with her..."
